O Circuito Spcine inaugurou em 26 de setembro uma programação especial dedicada aos clássicos de cinema.

É a “Quarta na Faixa”, cuja proposta é dar destaque para longas-metragens representativos da cinematografia mundial. As sessões são gratuitas e acontecem na Biblioteca Roberto Santos (Rua Cisplatina, 505, Ipiranga), sempre neste dia da semana, às 19h.

A obra inaugural foi o clássico “Se meu apartamento falasse” (fotos 1 | 2 | 3), de Billy Wilder. Vencedor de cinco prêmios do Oscar, incluindo o de melhor filme, ele conta a história de um funcionário que cede seu apartamento para os encontros amorosos de seus chefes numa tentativa de ganhar destaque na empresa. No início, a tática dá certo. Mas passa a ser ameaçada quando ele se apaixona pela amante de um de seus chefes.

A faixa deu sequência com outros filmes premiados de Wilder. Em 3/10, foi a vez de “Quanto mais quente melhor”; e, em 10/10, “Crepúsculo dos deuses”. No próximo dia 17, será exibido o filme “O pecado mora ao lado”, estrelado por Marilyn Monroe.

A faixa volta em 7 de novembro, com o clássico “Dr. Fantástico”, de Stanley Kubrick, após as sessões da Mostra Internacional de Cinema de São Paulo. É a primeira vez que o festival leva seus filmes até a sala do Circuito na Biblioteca Roberto Santos.
