Durante o “2º Fórum Spcine: Desenvolvimento Econômico & Inovação”, realizado entre 14 e 16 de junho no Centro Cultural São Paulo (CCSP), a Spcine lançou a “Rede Afirmativa”: uma iniciativa que visa congregar as ações de políticas afirmativas da empresa de cinema e audiovisual de São Paulo.  

A “Rede Afirmativa” aposta na importância da diversidade e pluralidade no setor audiovisual e buscará incentivar a participação de profissionais e estudantes que enfrentam desigualdades e barreiras de acesso ao setor. 

Desde 2019, a Spcine insere políticas afirmativas no processo seletivo dos editais de fomento e ações de formação. Na busca por incentivar ainda mais esse diálogo e, principalmente, fortalecer profissionais e estudantes beneficiados pelas ações afirmativas da Spcine, nasce a “Rede Afirmativa”.  

Viviane Ferreira, diretora-presidente da Spcine, afirma que a empresa investe no desenvolvimento de talentos locais por meio de programas de treinamento, demonstrando o empenho da cidade em promover o crescimento da indústria audiovisual e apoiar o florescimento de talentos locais.
