Com um total de 4241 inscrições recebidas, foram selecionados 300 candidatos para receberem bolsas integrais em mais de 10 cursos, sendo que 60% das vagas foram destinadas a políticas afirmativas, o que reforça o compromisso da Spcine com a diversidade e a inclusão no meio audiovisual.

Este programa de capacitação integra a política de Formação da Spcine, que contempla as dimensões técnica, empreendedora, artística e crítica da educação audiovisual. As ações da área buscam aproximar talentos do audiovisual e da economia criativa do mercado de trabalho por meio de masterclasses, cursos e iniciativas de aprimoramento para profissionais do setor.
