A Empresa de Cinema e Audiovisual de São Paulo S.A. (Spcine) comunica a todas as pessoas interessadas que será retomado o cronograma de convocação e contratação para os cargos integrantes do Edital de Concurso de Pessoal nº 01/2019/Spcine, conforme resultado classificatório final publicado no Diário Oficial da Cidade em 31/03/2020, p.45.

As convocações e contratações ficaram temporariamente suspensas em virtude da pandemia, considerando que a Lei Municipal nº 17.340, de 30 de abril de 2020, suspendeu os prazos de validade, editalícios, normativos e legais de todos os concursos de pessoal promovidos pela Administração Pública Municipal enquanto perdurar a situação de emergência decretada em função da pandemia, enquanto a Lei Complementar nº 173, de 27 de maio de 2020, trouxe disposições acerca da proibição de admissão ou contratação de pessoal pela Administração Pública no período da pandemia.

A Spcine estava aguardando as orientações conclusivas dos órgãos técnicos competentes da Prefeitura Municipal de São Paulo a respeito da possibilidade de iniciar a convocação e contratação dos aprovados em função destas novas legislações. 

Conforme previsão do item 14.6.2 do Edital, as convocações serão realizadas de maneira progressiva e gradual de acordo com as necessidades da empresa, conforme cronograma estimado abaixo:

Vale destacar que esta previsão pode ser alterada conforme necessidade da empresa, bem como em função de eventual determinação de instâncias internas ou externas.

Para firmar a convocação, a pessoa interessada deverá comprovar os requisitos de acordo com o cargo nos termos dos itens 1.3 e 1.4 do Edital, bem como atender às exigências de investidura e contratação dispostas no item 1.6 e no capítulo 13 do Edital.

Para o cargo de Analista Administrativo I, que conta com 01 (uma) vaga reservada para candidatos(as) negros(as) ou afrodescendentes inscritos(as) nos termos da Lei Municipal nº 15.939/2013, os(as) candidatos(as) da lista reservada serão oportunamente convocados(as) para procedimento de aferição de autodeclaração de pertencimento racial, nos termos do capítulo 5 do Edital.

Por fim, informamos que o prazo de vigência do concurso também restou suspenso em função da citada Lei Municipal nº 17.340/2020, ou seja, está com a validade vigente e o andamento deste prazo apenas será retomado por ocasião do fim da situação de emergência ocasionada pela pandemia ou revogação da referida lei.
